Configure iObeya templates

1. Read the iObeya user guide

Familiarize yourself with iObeya functionality by reading the User Guide.

2. Download templates

Download the zip file with the templates and place it in a folder. Unzip the templates in the selected folder.

3. Open configure the room

You must have the right permission to see this icon. If you don´t see it contact your administrator for the room.

Click the pen icon located in the bottom right corner

4. Select "Blank boards" from the docket

5. Select and drag the 2A0 board to the working area

5. Name the board

Name the board, for example Project Definition and confirm

6. Click custom image

Click the custom image button.

7. Select template

Select the desired unzipped template from your folder, for example, project_definition.png, and apply.

7. Select and name a category

Select and name a new category from the docket and drag it to the working area.

8. Leave room configuration

Click the Done button in the top right corner and leave room configuration.
